THE USE OF IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS IN EVOLUTION OF JABODETABEK COMMUTER SERVICES

This paper is an attemp to analyze the Jabodetabek commuter train service level. Jabodetabek commuter trains serve passengers in the Jakarta-Bogor-DepokTangerang-Bekasi region where the number of passengers has increased quite rapidly and in December 2019 the number of passengers has reached 1.1 million passengers per day. In accordance with the minimum railway service standards that railway transportation services include services at the station and service on the train. In this study the research was concentrated at Bekasi Station and services on the Bekasi - Jatinegara commuter train. The methodology in this study used importance performance analysis by using questioners of passenger respondents. Based on the result of the analysis that has been done using Improvement Performance Analysis, it can be concluded that PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia (PT. KCI) as Jabodetabek commuter train operator have to improve services for the customers.
