Abstract

The article dwells on the development of the training program «evelopment of creativity of foreign language teachers as a factor of their subjective well-being». The study highlighted the urgency of the problem of creativity of a teacher of a higher education institution focused on innovative, creative activity, self-development and self-improvement in general and a teacher of foreign languages in particular. The research revealed the purpose, the main tasks, and the scope of the training program. The study described five training sessions («Value attitude to the constructive transformation of reality»; «Understanding and understanding of the essence of creativity, innovative methods and forms of teaching foreign languages»; «Factors of creativity of foreign language teacher individual-psychological and organizational-professional»), which make up the structure of the program; and are aimed at developing the value, cognitive, behavioural components and individual-psychological and organizational-professional factors of creativity of foreign language teachers of higher education institutions, their fulfilment of subjective well-being. Each training session contains informational, diagnostic, developmental and creative components. Sessions consist of various forms and methods of work (interactive lectures, multimedia presentations, discussions, diagnostic methods and techniques, author's methods, trainings, search and approbation game «Creativity of a foreign language teacher», workshop, creative tasks, etc.) on the formation of values constructive transformation of reality, understanding of creativity, generation and implementation of creative ideas, innovative methods and forms of teaching foreign languages and their effectiveness, promoting the development of individual psychological and organizational-professional factors of creativity to achieve subjective well-being by foreign language teachers
