THE ROLE AND PLACE OF THE INVESTMENT SECURITY IN THE STRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL SECURITY OF THE STATE

The article considers the role and place of investment security in the structure of the national security of the state, the main views and definitions: national security, economic security, investment security, the analysis of the relationship and the correlation of the concepts of "investment security of the state" and "national security, the current regulatory legal acts governing the provision of national security of the state in the economy and in the course of investment activities. Investment security of the state occupies one of the key places in the structure of state national security and is a key element of state economic security. Currently, the acting legislation of Ukraine does not have a legal definition of the concept of state investment security what in its turn indicates the imperfection of state policy in this area and necessitates further study of this issue, the development of effective strategies and concepts for ensuring investment security of the state. Investment activity occupies a significant place in the state economy, as well as investment security in the national security system of the state. Foreign investors always have been showing their interest in Ukraine due to the availability of significant natural resources and human capital. According to the State Statistics Service of Ukraine, among the main investor countries are the USA, Great Britain, Russia, Japan, the Netherlands, Germany and Cyprus. In the current economic situation in the country, investments are more likely to be positive than negative, but in the long run this is possible only if there is a concept of investment security of the state, it will be effective both for the national economy and for the investor.
