Abstract

The article discusses the main approaches to determining the forms of interaction between the investigator and the criminal investigation units of the internal Affairs bodies developed in the Humanities and criminology. Opinions of legal scholars with regards to the forms and types of interaction between the investigator and the criminal investigation units of internal Affairs bodies, and on the basis of scientific generalization of the above opinions, a distinction and a definition of the terms "form" and "species" with the aim to organize the various ways of interacting in a coherent and logical system, where the form of interaction is the primary element of the classification process, and the form of interaction - follow-up. On the basis of further theoretical analysis, the division of forms of interaction is carried out, which is based on the criterion of legal regulation. Thus, depending on the consolidation in the criminal procedure legislation, the form of interaction of the investigator with the criminal investigation units is divided into procedural and nonprocedural (organizational and tactical). There are analyzed the approaches of various scholars with regards to the classification of interaction: depending on the time of interaction; depending on departmental affiliation; depending on the stage of the investigation. Further defines what constitutes a procedural form of interaction, are its essential features and on the basis of the analysis of criminal procedural law are called principal procedural forms of interaction of the investigator with the criminal investigation units of the. Similarly, the essence of non-procedural (organizational and tactical) forms of interaction is determined, its essential features are specified, and the main types of this form of interaction are determined. Own classification of the allocated types of interaction of the investigator with divisions of criminal investigation of law-enforcement bodies is resulted.
