THEORETICAL FRAMEWORK OF TERRITORIAL RECREATIONAL SYSTEMS FORMATION PROCESS

The development of concepts and target and regional programs for the development of recreation is impossible without substantiating the basic concepts of territorial recreational systems, which constitute the theoretical framework for the territorial recreational systems formation and development and establishment processes study. The main purpose of the research is to determine the essence and deepen the theoretical foundations of the territorial recreational systems formation and development study. Scientific interest to this problem is to study contemporary regularities of geospatial recreation or‑ ganization, to identify long-­term trends in the territorial recreational systems development and to improve their management systems, and practical — to take into account these trends in the development of strategies, target and regional programs for the development of recreation and marketing strategies for promoting the national product on international market. The article analyzes the contents and characteristic features of V. Preobrazhensky's concept of territorial recreational systems formation and functioning processes, R. Butler's concept of the territorial recreational systems lifecycle and D. Nikolaienko's con‑ cept of socio-­cultural environments. Particular attention is paid to the internal laws of systems and their elements the interaction, both between themselves and with elements of other systems, recreational management and recreational services marketing. As a result, the main aspects that form the essence of the notion of a territorial recreational system are determined and outlined, and it is established that the classical concepts of territorial recreational systems do not fully provide insight into the nature of territorial recreational systems subsystems, blocks and elements interconnection, their formation properties and factors, and need reconsideration taking into account modern effective interdisciplinary mechanisms of recreational sphere development.
