Therefore, there is a need to analyze and generalize territorial recreational systems formation and development factors. The main scientific results of the study were obtained by applying a set of general scientific and special methods of research, namely: theoretical generalization, factor analysis, system analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical method and abstracttheoretical methods. The article analyzes the existing approaches to determining the factors that influence the territorial recreational system formation and development, their relationship with each other and the peculiarities of each of them from the perspective of enhancing the positive impact or reducing the negative. Particular attention is given to the conceptual characteristics of the systematization of the most active factors that determine the territorial recreational systems formation and development. As a result, it is determined that the main factors that influence the territorial recreational systems formation and development, and are the conditions for the territory recreational properties formation, are socio-economic, demographic, resourceecological, geopolitical, and socio-psychological.
