Abstract

With the arrival of the industry 4.0 the world is in a transition period which is essential to adapt, because this is a tech revolution, which looks for the implementation of cyber-physics systems and its due interaction with the human being. The industry 4.0 brings with itself big challenges in different aspects, some of those are the productive, academic and the social sector. The methodology of systemic mapping was applied, which consists of classifying, analyzing and identifying information on trends, authors, leading journals; based on the criteria of consultation, the extraction of articles was carried out and finally each one of them was studied. Therefore, to implement the technologies of industry 4.0, a model of integration with the management of organizational knowledge is proposed, so that the development, growth, adaptability and competitiveness of the organization is strengthened, taking into account the human being as central and fundamental axis of this technological revolution, so as not to generate negative repercussions on socio-economic issues. From the analysis of the validation of the integration model, it is evident that knowledge management models are complemented with industry 4.0 in the flow of information, the generation of knowledge and in the process of generating innovation in organizations, with the support of technology and the fact of sharing both individual and organizational knowledge.
