AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

This article examines the essence of the concept of management system of the business entity, namely it is determined that the enterprise management system is a complex that includes target, support, functional, management, managed, scientific and methodological and external subsystems that promote the adoption and implementation of competitive management decisions aimed at meeting a given market need; it is a complex system of ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in a competitive environment. The modern scientific tendencies concerning definition of essence of the personnel and its management are analyzed, questions of system management are considered and the basic problem aspects concerning questions of management of the personnel at the domestic enterprises are formed. The key subsystems of the complex enterprise management system are established, their general characteristic is carried out. Based on the study, the following subsystems were: target, support, functional, control, managed, research and external subsystems that have a significant impact on the activities of agricultural enterprises through the implementation of competitive management decisions, the main purpose of which is to satisfy the task in advance; general system of ensuring the competitive position of the agricultural enterprise in modern economic conditions. The importance of taking into account each subsystem to achieve a high level of efficiency of the enterprise is noted. The external and internal factors influencing the functioning of the management system in relation to the development of the enterprise are studied and the goals, patterns and principles of management of this development are systematized. A model of an agricultural enterprise management system is proposed, which demonstrates the connections that are formed between all components of the management system during the activity of the economic entity.
