Abstract

Iron doped Lanthanum Nickel Oxide (LaNiO3) synthesized by sol-gel combustion method have been analyzed in this report. The structural and morphological analysis confirmed the formation of a single-phase cubic structured and non-uniform spherical particles. The impedance, conductance and dielectric analysis have been studied in detail for the prepared material and the maximum conductance value found as 1.84337x10-4 S cm-1 for 120oC. Conducting behavior of the material verifies the presence of bulk and grain boundary effects in the material.
