Abstract
This document presents the design and implementation of an algorithm for industrial control in gas pumps used in gas extraction, using the Modbus industrial protocol, as well as its configuration within a satellite network. The design is intended for the end-user to have the ability to exercise continuous control over gas production wells that are several kilometers from the control and operations center.
