EFFECTIVE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT USING THE WILSON’S MODEL

Inventory management system is investigated in the article. Inventory management and size control is analyzed by the authors. According to study results, it was found that existing methods lack the ability to manage inventory and logistics at enterprise based on the consignments optimal size. Economic and mathematical modeling means usage for inventory management logistic system improvement at one of enterprise in Dergachi, Kharkiv region is suggested by the authors. Particular attention should be paid to the most valuable and used positions, since the effectiveness of their use will affect the efficiency of inventory management in general. Highlighted these positions among feeds using ABC analysis. The obtained results can be used in the development of models of providing the enterprise with production inventories and in the planning and regulation of activities regarding the production inventories at the enterprise and mathematical model provide the opportunity to use financial resources more efficiently for the inventory.
