Abstract
The content of the main (first) principle of the theory of localization, which reflects in a generalized form the fact of the realization in multidimensional processes of transfer of the phenomenon of localization of the influence of uniqueness conditions is given. Various formulations of this principle, each of which illuminates different aspects of the localization phenomenon reflected by this principle are presented.
