B. Ya. Reznik' researches enriched pediatric science with new ideas in the field of hematology, gastroenterology, cardiology, nephrology, laid the groundwork for the creation of the program of differentiated metabolic therapy of hypoxic conditions in children with acute pneumonia, respiratory distress syndrome, and played an important role in reducing child and infant mortality in Ukraine.
