Abstract
The article is devoted to the bachelor training problem, for which the main conceptual idea is achievement of efficiency and social and pedagogical importance of integrative cultural and educational space as the system constructed on the principles of interdisciplinary integration and interrelation between the planning and self-planning of the professional competences providing readiness of teachers for the innovative professional activity.
