The concept of the Republic’s integrated system for managing working conditions and labor protection

The paper concludes that the methodology of a system-targeted approach to solving the managerial problems, as well as a collective agreement as a key direction for regulating social and labor relations should be used as the initial prerequisite for creating an effective republican integrated system for managing working conditions and labor protection. While developing the conceptual foundations for the creation of the republican integrated system for managing working conditions and labor protection on the basis of the system-target approach, it has been substantiated that in order to achieve the effectiveness of the system's control action on the process of resolving labor contradictions, the system should be formed as a multifunctional and multidimensional model.
