INDUSTRIAL POLICY IN TERMS OF ECONOMIC REINDUSTRIALIZATION AND INSTRUMENTS FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN THE DONETSK PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC

The article discusses the types of industrial policies based on the degree of intervention in the economy and the set of instruments used. The authors' interpretation of the concept of "industrial policy" is presented. The actual conditions of the Donetsk People's Republic have been proven to orient the state industrial policy towards economic reindustrialization, as well as towards using an integrated approach to industrial policy, which combines selective and institutional measures of state support. The paper suggests an industrial policy scheme in terms of reindustrialization and the instruments for its implementation in the Donetsk People's Republic.
