Abstract

The article analyzes the psychosocial theory of development as a theoretical and methodological basis for modeling functional systems of upbringing. The presented theory is characterized by the fundamental princi- ple of humanism, in which a school child, student, pupil serves as a self-valuable subject of the educational pro- cess and the process of upbringing, and its development is considered as a real criterion for the functioning of the system. The author notes that the integrated and systematic approaches of the psychosocial theory of develop- ment allow us to develop effective tools for research of the meta-system “personality – reference figures and groups – society”
