COMPLEX MODEL OF EVALUATION OF OPPORTUNITIES OF THE MILITARY UNIT OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE NUCLEAR INSTALLATION

The tasks for the protection of nuclear installations, in accordance with the guiding documents, are assigned to the military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. The formation of certain parts is carried out taking into account the peculiarities of the service for the protection of nuclear installations, the possible sabotage of the terrorist groups and the assessment of the military units' capabilities for dealing with these diversions. For this purpose, in the article a comprehensive model is developed which allows using the chosen indicators and the criterion to assess the capabilities of the military unit for the protection of the nuclear installation in counteracting sabotage both inside and outside the object, which (sabotage) can be carried out by soldiers terrorist-sabotage group both personally and with the use of UAV. The use in the model of the unit for assessing the vulnerability of the physical protection system of the nuclear device of the mathematical device of incompletely available mass service systems allows to take into account the guard reserve group combat order the whole length of the blockade and the incomplete availability of the terrorists and subversion groups for the shelling of the military, which is not taken into account in known scientific works on definite research direction. In the model of the block for calculating the required number of personnel of the special-purpose unit, the dependence of the number of the special-purpose unit from the area of the territory in which the unit carries out tasks for the detection of terrorist-sabotage groups and their apprehension or destruction on the approaches to the object is deduced. The model of the unit for determining the required number of personnel of the military unit for the first time allows us to determine the coefficients of increasing the number of personnel to perform tasks for the protection of nuclear facilities, which (coefficients) can be used for the operational calculation of the number of personnel units. The developed comprehensive model can help the National Guard Headquarters of Ukraine and the command of the military units to make substantiated decisions on the organization of nuclear facilities and to determine the required number of these units
