The objective of this article is therefore to seek out some key values of postmodernism, to find traces of them within Generation Z in order to help managers prepare for the integration of members of this generation within of their businesses. While Generation Y is well established in the labor market and is making its mark by overturning management methods, Generation Z is entering the language of economic players, with new skills and innovative ideas. This generation was born in 1995 and brought a new worldview and different expectations as customers, employees and citizens. On the other hand, the management of the new generations has its own peculiarities, the Z have another relationship to time, organization and authority, There will be no effective integration of young Z without real consideration of the strategic issues that it offers, namely an adaptation of the management system and an ambitious human resources policy.
