Abstract
Mesenteric cysts are rare pathologic entity. Mesenteric cysts can occur anywhere in the mesentery of the gastrointestinal tract from the duodenum to the rectum. The main stay treatment is the complete surgical excision. A case of chylous mesenteric cyst, who presented with features of acute abdomen, is being described.
