Abstract
Plastic waste has been an international issue. However, the situation of plastic waste and its environmental and social implications are complicated. The Government of Vietnam has taken measures and joint efforts of the whole world in the prevention of plastic waste. This article analyzes the causes and the consequences of plastic waste, based on that proposing solution for this issue.
