In this research, the aim is to identify the customer expectation and experience level towards the food products. However this study is used to identify the expectation level towards different types of product choices the satisfaction level toward the customer. However this study examined the choices issued by the product with respect to perceived quality and price utilized by the customer towards the product. This study aims to analyses the relation between customer satisfaction customer loyalty, product knowledge.
