The Effect of Corporate Governance on Corporate Performance and Corporate Social Responsibility

The purpose of this research is.1) Test and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on corporate social responsibility in Companies Registered on the Stock Exchange 2) Test and analyze the influence of good corporate governance on corporate performance on Companies Registered on the Stock Exchange 3) Test and analyze the influence of corporate social responsibility on the corporate performance of the company on Companies Listed on the IDX. The analysis method uses path analysis. The results of the study show that good corporate governance influences social responsibility, good corporate governance does not affect the corporate performance, corporate social responsibility does not affect the corporate performance
