IMPLEMENTATION FEATURES OF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR'S SUPERVISION OF OBSERVANCE OF THE RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF THE PERSON AND THE CITIZEN ON THE INTERNET

The activities of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation for implementation of public prosecutor's supervision of observance of the human rights and freedoms on the Internet are analyzed in the present scientific article. The objects of public prosecutor's supervision, the purpose and task facing prosecutor's office are classified. Powers of the prosecutor at identification of crimes and administrative offenses on the Internet are examined; problems of suppression of the presented acts come to light.
