Abstract
This particular study is directed towards the application of Total Quality Management in the education sector of Dehradun (Uttarakhand) focusing on the factors responsible for managing quality in higher education system of India thereby assessing its effect on Indian education system. This study also throws light on the fact that how improved quality of higher education would help in eradication the problems associated with Indian educational sector.
