Abstract
This article systemically reviews all the literature available online on the �All-on-four� concept from the perspective of its advantages, disadvantages, advancements and limitations for patient. The comparison in this review is based on published clinical study of Tilted verses NonTilted Implants, Flap verses Flapless Surgery Concept, Immediate Function Concept and Patient Related and Financial Outcomes Analysis.
