Digital Leaders and Managers in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and Recommendations for Developing Digital Leaders and Managers in Vietnam

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has made profound and comprehensive changes in every aspects of social life including the modes of leadership and management as well as the model of public leaders and managers. This paper aims at analyzing and clarifying the characteristics of digital leaders and managers in the context of the challenges and requirements of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Then, the author offers some recommendation for building and developing a contingent of public leaders and managers in Vietnam in the current context
