This study aims to determine whether there is a difference in the financial performance of West Java and Banten BPD that already went public with BPD DKI Jakarta who have yet to go public. Assessment of financial performance based on financial reports through ratio-financial ratio, which is used as a variable in the study. The financial ratios are the ratio of profitability, solvency, liquidity, and productive activities. The research method used is a quantitative approach in the form of comparative. The results show the financial performance of the ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO, CAR and LDR, there was no significant difference between Banten and West Java BPD that have went to public with BPD DKI Jakarta who have yet to go public, whereas if viewed from the NPL There is a significant difference
