Relationship between Lecturer Competence, University Brand and Results of Science Research of Vietnamese Universities

In this article, the author uses qualitative research methods to synthesize theories, review the published studies to make research hypotheses to build a research model of the relationship between competence of lectrurer, university brands and results of science reseach at Vietnamese universities today.
