Experimental Determination and Investigation into Manufacturing Process to Find Out Causes of Variation (Flatness) and Action Trials to Reduce Variation into Manufacturing Process

Manufacturing process is widely used for making/ giving shapes to components as per requirement to fulfill intended purpose. This study discusses an experimental determination and investigation into manufacturing process to find out causes of variation (Flatness) and action trials to reduce variation into manufacturing process. But other factors are also involved into manufacturing process. In this experiment we worked on casting, machining process and/or design improvement to improve current condition of manufacturing process.
