Abstract

The present study aims to find the effects of an organization on Mathematics Teaching. In the paper, the school is treated as an organization. The organizational elements of the school are being studied. These Elements are found to have an effect on mathematics teaching. Some organizational elements were considered problematic and the reasons for their problems were being asked. The study was conducted through admi nistering the questionnaires.
