On the Development Status of Chinas Asset Securitization

In recent years, China's asset securitization market has shown a good development trend of rapid expansion, steady operation and constant innovation. Based on this, the paper analyzes the current situation of asset securitization development of our country, and put forward a number of policy recommendations asset securitization development in order to provide a theoretical reference for the development of securitization of assets.
