The main objective of this study was to measure citizen satisfaction of the city council and the factors affecting its performance Oshnoyeh. This is the method using a questionnaire survey. The results indicate that a general satisfaction level of citizens toward the performance of municipality of Oshnoyeh is low. But the social characteristics of the respondents such as gender, age, education indicate that there is a significant difference between variables.
