FORMS OF INFORMATIONAL-PSYCHOLOGICAL CONTROL DURING THE PERFORMANCE OF TASKS FROM SUPPORTING OF PUBLIC SAFETY BY FORMATION OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE

Today, the issue of information-psychological confrontation is very acute, since the nature of the use of specific forces in the information space is constantly changing, and forms of information-psychological confrontation do not have time to transform and adapt to the realities of the present. Analyzing the events that took place in Ukraine during its independence, when the law enforcement agencies fulfilled the tasks of ensuring public and state security, one can conclude that law enforcement officers are the main object of information and psychological influence. Performance of tasks by The National Guard of Ukraine from supporting of public safety is carried out in the conditions negative informational - psychological influence by opposing force. In this regard, the problem of performing a reasonable informational-psychological confrontation with such forces is actualized. In the article, based on analysis of known forms of informational – psychological confrontation, which are used by the subjects of influence in the military sphere and taking into account the provisions of the theory and practice of the use of forces of law and order protection in the course of performing tasks for ensuring public and state security, are substantiated and identifiedin a systematic form in an informational-psychological confrontation, used by the subjects of information-psychological influence during the performance of tasks for ensuring public safety by the formations of National Guard of Ukraine. The peculiarities of the forms of information-psychological confrontation, which are used in the course of the tasks of providing public and state security with the formations of the National Guard of Ukraine.
