Abstract
A Registration Plate Recognition (RPR) system is one kind of an intelligent system and is of considerable interest because of its potential applications in various tracking, monitoring systems. The proposed system aims in developing an efficient technique to detect the registration plate in Indian context including double row plates using various approaches in image processing
