Abstract
The Compound Semiconductor Of Zinc -blend structure(ZBS) are the promising materials of numerous experimental and theoretical investigation.the complete lattice dynamics(phonon dispersion curves, Debye temperature variation, combined density of state(CDS)curves, two-phonon Raman and anharmonic elastic properties)of InAs with zink blend structure has been investigated.
