Abstract
Mixed crystals of ZnS doped KClx Br1-x crystals have been successfully grown from aqueous solution by slow evaporation technique. Mixed crystals were grown in a period of three weeks. From the microhardness studies to calculate the hardness value of the grown crystals, thermal studies reveal endothermic and exothermic temperature of the grown crystals.
