Abstract

The trends of modernization of higher education in Ukraine are analyzed. The need to move to the partnership between the subjects of educational relations, individualization of learning, creating a more flexible and diverse education system in Ukraine, and ensuring its diversification is emphasized. The transition to an integrated model of financing higher education is substantiates.
