Abstract
Methodical approach to evaluating the effectiveness of personnel management is presented. Criteria of integrated and group evaluation of personnel management performance are developed by the economic, motivational components, as well as by the processes of personnel management, training / development based on typical Harrington’s nomogram intervals.
