Remedies for Breach of Contract

The topic of my research is ?Remedies for Breach of Contract?. The research starts with the introduction about the topic. Breach of Contract is actual failure or refusal to perform its obligation under the contract by its contracting parties. The Actual breach of contract leads to certain remedies which are provided to the party who suffers loss due to failure of performance of obligation. In court of jurisdiction, the main remedy is an award for damage. Thus, remedies for breach of contract are of several types. This is explained in a brief way in section 73 of The Indian Contract Act, 1872. The research also includes distinction between Indian law and English law regarding Remedies for Breach of Contract and lastly analysis and conclusion of the research topic.
