State policy of leasing industry development in Russia: experience for the Donetsk People’s Republic

Achieving the competitiveness of products requires an appropriate level of manufacturability, which implies the commissioning of new equipment. New high-tech manufacturing, developing the technical and technological potential - these are the strategic goals for the economic development, which are being successfully implemented in international economic practice, including with the use of leasing. The state can effectively use such a unique instrument as leasing for the purposes of economic innovative modernization, renewal of fixed assets and technologies.
