Abstract

The first part is responsible for describing the behavior of the carbon footprint in organizations, this problem is caused by climate change and produced by human activity and one of the greatest environmental challenges that could stand in the way of sustainable development . The carbon footprint is considered a tool to quantify the emission of greenhouse gases, the calculation of the carbon footprint allows to determine the CO2 index, to reduce the level of greenhouse gas emissions. The implementation of the Zero program, in charge of identifying which are the sources of industrial waste disposal emissions. The fundamental purpose is to take care of the environment, to be turned into a "green city" in charge of measuring the greenhouse gas emission inventory as a result of the proposal of the "Global Cities climate pact". The second part describes the model to implement climate change, focused on a corporate social responsibility plan for the environment delegated to protect the environment, actions taken towards companies producing vehicles that exceed the emission of CO2 and will be sanctioned in the European Union to the vehicles that exceed the emission of minimum gases allowed by the different environmental authorities
