The situations in the South China Sea in five years after the award of the Arbitral Tribunal under Annex VII of the UNCLOS 1982

The paper presents an overview of the main contents of the Court's Judgment on 07 December 2016 arbitration established under Annex VII of UNCLOS in 1982 on the lawsuit between the Philippines and China. The paper also analyzes the activities of countries on the South China Sea from July 12th, 2016 until the present, including China, Vietnam, ASEAN, EU, the United States and other allies in the South China Sea.
