Organizational and methodological aspects of formation of development strategy for innovative entrepreneurship in the manufacturing industry of Azerbaijan

The article examines organizational and methodological aspects of formation of the strategic development of innovative entrepreneurship in the manufacturing industry of Azerbaijan using various methods. At the same time, the main attention is paid to substantiating the relevance of the topic, the approach of scientists to this problem, the author's point of view towards them is revealed. In addition, the possibility of strategic development of targeted investment and innovation projects is considered, the feasibility of creating progressive innovative infrastructures in the industry is substantiated, a model for managing innovative development and the fundamental functional structure of the Technology Transfer Center are schematically given, and practical recommendations for their effective activity are offered
