Directions to improve Azerbaijan's position in property rights management indicators

The presented article analyzes and evaluates the international rating of Azerbaijan's property rights management. In particular, the legal and economic aspects of the problem are examined in more detail. It is noted that Azerbaijan's position on the property rights index in international rankings was positively assessed and reached the best indicator of the last 5 years. It should be noted that the privatization of property and the protection of property rights have come to the fore in the implementation of economic reforms. Taking this into account, the article notes that the state has been able to improve Azerbaijan's position on this index by carrying out serious reforms in the judicial sphere
