Psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional training of masters of technic profile

The relevance of the study is determined by the available contradictions between the professional and pedagogical preparedness of teachers of higher education and the requirements of the state and society for their activities. The problem of training teachers of the higher technical school and the formation of an integral system of their professional and pedagogical competence acquires a strategic importance in the modern educational environment of Ukraine, which is going through a difficult period of reform, but trying to realize the idea of humanitarization of higher technical education with the goal of forming a national humanitarian and technical elite. The purpose of the article is to study the psychological and pedagogical aspects of vocational training of technical masters as potential teachers of higher educational institutions. Methods of research. For the study, empirical methods were used: the study of regulatory legal documents, the organization of teacher training for future US teachers; comparative and system-generalizing methods. Results. The system of psychological and pedagogical preparation of future teachers of institutions of higher technical education should provide the use of modern forms, methods and means of teaching, as well as innovative technologies, the introduction of differentiated and individualized programs into the broad practical component of teacher training of teachers of modern institutions of higher technical education. Scientific novelty consists in emphasizing the importance of reviewing the system of preparation of technical graduate students with the identification of the practical component as the main prerequisite for the formation of psychological and pedagogical competencies of future teachers of modern institutions of higher technical education in Ukraine. The practical significance of the study lies in the ability to use its results in the programs of training masters of a technical profile with the aim of forming their psychological and pedagogical competences necessary for successful professionalization.
