Development of aesthetic culture of future teachers by means of fine arts

One of the prior directions of modernization the education system in Ukraine is the culture formation of future teacher, in the basis of which is the creation of a creative holistic personality with a formed aesthetic culture. The problem of development and formation of personality aesthetic culture has been studied in researches of philosophers, psychologists, and educators. Among the most important qualities that determine the level of future teacher aesthetic culture development, scientists highlight: the need for systematic artistic education, self-education and self-education, a broad aesthetic and artistic outlook, aesthetic ideal, taste, ability to analyze, perceive aesthetic object, a high level of development artistically-creative abilities. It is proved that the future teacher aesthetic culture is a complex personal formation, which expresses the level of artistic and aesthetic competence in the field of art, involves a certain level of artistic needs formation, artistic outlook on the basis of the ability to perceive and interpret works of art, the development of individual artistic and creative-art experience, readiness to artistic dialogue and to transformation into the personal inner world the achievements of aesthetic culture. The development of students‘ aesthetic culture need to be made in the process of organized pedagogical activity, the purpose of which is to expand their artistic outlook, to realize aesthetic needs, to raise interest and respect to the folk traditions. As forms of pedagogical activity, it is reasonable to use special subjects, electives and creative workshops, master classes on fine arts, folk arts and crafts. The pedagogical conditions of the effectiveness aesthetic culture development of pedagogical faculty students by means of fine arts are determined: definition of pedagogical possibilities of fine arts; organization of the process of perception works of art and artistic and aesthetic activities in the process of learning; acquaintance of students with Ukrainian fine arts and, partially, world-class. Therefore, the need of improvement the process of aesthetic culture developing of future teachers reveals in the formation of creative thinking skills, aesthetic self-improvement, which requires new forms and methods of organizing aesthetic education of students in higher pedagogical educational establishment.
