Problems of organization of extra-curiculum study of foreign language

The role of independent work and independent educational activity is so considerable presently that this problem demands everything new approaches. The role of independent work in the conditions of credit and modular system which provides assignment of enough material on independent study with the subsequent his control grows. The purpose of article is consideration of the students making works in pozaauditorny time as obligatory type of their educational activity, research her place in the mechanism of mastering the professional focused foreign-language lexicon. The author has shown in article that success of independent training depends on a number of psychological factors: motivations of educational activity, randomness of informative processes of perception, attention, representation, memory, thinking, existence of necessary strong-willed qualities and also intellectual development. The organization of independent work will be correct only taking into account needs of students for acquisition of a foreign language, at the correct statement of tasks which performance demands certain efforts. For activization of independent cognitive activity on studying textbooks and manuals which have to form the correct understanding students of need of independent work have the leading value. The main role in formation of abilities to work independently belongs to the teacher who shows methods of independent work on classroom occupations and will organize independent activity of students. At the same time the teacher has to determine the level of readiness of each student for independent training. For this purpose carry out various psychological tests, questionnaires, conversations, observation, studying of products of activity of students and others. For today's time, there is a transformation of approaches to the organization of independent foreign-language work of students. At the same time use of computer information technologies is priority. Successful assimilation of a training material during independent work of future experts is promoted as well audiovisual tutorials and performance of interactive tasks on the Internet. In general, the independent learning of foreign language allows students to support and develop the system of their continuous language education, provides an opportunity to support and improve the language level. Prospect of further researches are the problems connected with development and means for improvement of independent work of students for the purpose of mastering by them foreign lexicon according to features of further professional activity.
