Modernization of government system based on social responsibility

The specific features of improving governance in the national security system on the principles of social responsibility are defined. According to the results of the expert survey, the threat to national security because of the lack of development of social responsibility is assessed. Directions of modernization of public administration in the context of national security with the use of leverage social responsibility are offered.
