Abstract

In today's World, Women plays a significant role in every field especially in starting their own online business. Generally, Women becomes entrepreneurs due to push and pull factors which motivate them to be independent and financially stable by starting their own business. With the advent of Globalization, E-Commerce has been increasingly becoming a necessary component for every business which includes all the transactions and services taking place via online. In recent days, E-Commerce business has attracted widespread attention among Business people. The idea of Minimum Investment, Maximum Profit in E-Commerce enable Women to start online business and provides opportunities to grow their business by working anywhere and anytime by creating their own schedules. One of the benefit of E-Commerce in Women Entrepreneurs is good maintenance of Work-Life Balance as the online business provides flexibility in work, Saves time and cost and Fast transactions and cash receipts. Though use of E-Commerce provides benefits, it also has some challenges like security and privacy issues, Quality issues, Global competition, etc. This study is designed to discuss about the factors Influencing E-Commerce adoption and suggest some ways of accelerating the use of E-Commerce among Women Entrepreneurs.
